George Cammel was a taxidermist who carried out his business in the top of a barn at Applecroft, Great Henny during the 1920's and 1930's. He was commisioned by many to stuff birds, fish and animals. These immortalised creatures were artistically arranged in glass cases, which George also made, being a skilled cabinet maker, to adorn many a sideboard or wall. George is pictured here with a freak of nature that he stuffed. Is it 2 kittens with 1 head or 1 kitten with 2 bodies? It is hard to tell but one thing is for certain - it is definitely a "Siamese", cat.
